Privacy

This website is designed to know as little about you as possible. This page explains, in plain language, what that means.

Who we are

The site aksonance.com is operated by Montecristo International OÜ, Sakala 7-2, EE-10141 Tallinn, Estonia, as part of Hanse Media. For any privacy matter you can write to mci@montecristo.it.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising or profiling technology of any kind. There is nothing to accept or refuse, which is why you see no cookie banner.

Fonts and assets

All fonts, images and scripts are served directly from this domain. When you load a page, your browser talks to our server and to no one else.

Videos

The video section uses a click-to-load approach. When the page loads, you only see a preview image hosted on our server. Only if you press play does your browser connect to YouTube (via the reduced-tracking domain youtube-nocookie.com) to stream the video. From that moment, Google’s privacy policy applies to the playback.

Server logs

Like virtually every web server, ours keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes. Logs are rotated and deleted automatically and are not used to identify or profile visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

External links

Links to Bandcamp, ElasticStage, Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms take you to independent services with their own privacy policies. They receive no data about you until you click.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification or erasure of personal data, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Given the nature of this site, the only personal data we may hold are short-lived technical logs. For any request, write to mci@montecristo.it.
